Field Service Technician

Responsibilities Include:

Provide technical customer service through telephone support
Resolve technical problems and answer customers’ queries
Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment
Recommend the purchase of services or spare parts
Record, maintain and update field reports
Perform on-site installation and commissioning of customers’ equipment
Provide technical training on equipment use and preventive maintenance to the customer and its employees

Profile Qualifications:

3 to 5 years’ experience in technical and after-sales service
Formal training in instrumentation, automation and industrial maintenance
Ability to work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and with PLCs
Customer-focused
